CHANDLER, Ariz. – October 18, 2010 – Amkor Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMKR), today announced it honored 12 companies with its 2010 Supplier Award. The awards were presented at its Amkor Supplier Day held Friday, October 15, 2010, in Seoul, South Korea. In the past year, these companies demonstrated commitment to excellence and quality, and distinguished themselves through their partnership and loyalty.
The winners of the 2010 Supplier Award are:

In addition to JooHo Kim, the awards were also presented by SuYol Yoo, Amkor’s senior vice president, procurement and logistics center, and YongKoo Park, Amkor’s vice president, corporate procurement.
