Amkor's CMOS Image Sensor / Image Display Modules are a complete manufacturing solution that integrates an image sensor / image display die with a DSP, optics, and / or passive components. Using a highly automated manufacturing flow, Amkor's solution covers all process steps, from chip and wire assembly to optics integration, test and focus. This process provides our customers a low-cost solution for a complete camera in a very small form factor.

The Image Sensor Chip is processed at class 100 cleanroom to ensure cleanliness of the module. Amkor carefully designed all equipment and logistics to achieve optimum cleanliness.
