Mike Lamble is our Executive Vice President - Worldwide Sales. Mike joined Amkor in 1992, and has served in various Managerial Sales positions for 17 years within Amkor. Mike has been responsible for managing Worldwide Sales activities for seven years, which totaled approximately $2.7 Billion in 2008.
Prior to joining Amkor, Mike spent more than 4 years at Heraeus in Chandler, Arizona as the Vice President and General Manager of the Materials Division. Mike was responsible for U.S. Manufacturing and U.S. Sales for their semiconductor materials from Heraeus Worldwide Operations.
Prior to Heraeus, Mike spent almost 5 years at Mitsui High-Tec in Sales. For more than two years, Mike was head of U.S. Sales for Lead frame and Semiconductor Assembly products.
Prior to Mitsui, Mike worked in Planning and Procurement Management positions at Synertek-Honeywell and Fairchild. Mike has been in the semiconductor industry since 1979.
Mike received a Bachelor's of Business degree at Santa Clara University in 1978.
