Dean Park, was elected to our Board in May 2011.  Mr. Park is the founder of Dong-A Pharmtech and has served as its Chief Executive Officer since 2002.  Mr. Park also founded and served as Chief Executive Officer and/or President of a number of other successful international companies, including AIA Capital Korea, a financial advisory firm; Far East Investment, a merchant banking firm; Hutchison Corporate Access, a cross-border telecom service provider; and Ricco Nine, a luxury goods retailer.  From 1985-1990, Mr. Park was vice president and director of the investment banking group at Merrill Lynch Capital Markets.  He began his career as an accountant with KPMG, the global accounting firm. 

Mr. Park has served on the board of directors of a number of corporations including Irae Hitech, a photofinishing service provider; Dong-A Pharmaceutical, Korea’s largest integrated drug company; Anam Semiconductor, a global semiconductor outsourcing firm (former affiliate of Amkor Technology); and Mohenz, Inc., a ready-mixed concrete maker. 

Mr. Park is a certified public accountant, and holds a B.A. in Economics from Yale University, an M.S. in Accounting from the New York University Graduate School of Business Administration, and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
